  • i would say do it and if you cant complete the three minutes most of the time, then do W3D1 next time until you can, then move on. thats what i would do. you stuck with c25k longer than I did, but I am restarting week 1 this week (to coincide with Biggest Loser 3!!)
  • i think i am overcomplicating things. maybe i just want to post something for the sake of posting :P i'm just worried that the reason im not hitting my goals sometimes is that my eating schedule is weird. and when i do hit my goals, i feel almost guilty for eating which is never a good thing. for example, yesterday i ate…
  • i know that, that wasnt really my question. it was more of, how do i hit my calorie and macro goals if I eat at strange intervals and dont get hungry enough later on in the day? should I eat more at every meal? should I try to have a more strict timing?
  • 1. boxes of cookies (if im having cookies, i am going to make them myself) 2. cooler ranch doritos ("i'll only have one" said no one ever.) 3. ramen (used to eat this almost 4 times a week - now i will never open those little foil packets of seasoning again.) 4. soda (don't drink it. husband only drinks cream soda anyways)…
  • I just calculated mine... On more strenuous days it is 2568 On just work days it is 2278 This is so shocking to me... I couldnt imagine eating more than that in a day now, but i must have done so in order to gain weight hahaha
  • I am so with you, it is incredibly frustrating!! i have a food scale and weigh almost everything and match it to the calories on the box/internet/mfp-average if i cant find it, i just enter in quick calories.... but that wont work now that i am starting to focus on my macros
  • I'm pretty sure that if you actually read all the responses, you would realize that it isn't a good idea, and just drop it. I like what someone else said earlier: Even the people who are *for* certain "cleanses" say it is a terrible idea. You should continue to educate yourself on healthy eating and then teach your aunt…
  • It's really beautiful. I do that one the most since it's less than a mile from me.
  • I hike finger rock trail, ventana canyon trail and the pima Canyon trail almost every week now... Well populated, beautiful and all in the north side
  • I hear you. Lara croft is my new fitness idol. Loving that game so much.
  • It happens because you are not lifting your feet off the pedal-things so the blood cant get to your toes as well. I get this issue too, and when it happens, I'll kinda step my foot higher than the elliptical will go every few seconds. I also noticed that i can go for 5 minutes, then step off and drink some water and walk…
  • Cook small portions for him and you can have something different. Thats what I do for my husband. Or I'll get him a burger from a restaurant and then make my own food. Sometimes I think he feels bad when I do that, so then he will start asking to have some of what i cooked for myself, and it all balances out. Not that big…
  • XBL - FelCandy - if you want to be my friend, send a message first, i get so many wacky people friending me that i had to stop accepting for the most part PS3 - I only play single player games on ps3, so it isnt worth it :P on xbox i basically play everything..... my living room looks like a gamestop if gamestop was a…
  • i quit about 4 years ago due to being promoted to GM of a very high end raiding clan and just getting fed up with the childish acts of people my age....... also my husband would be very disappointed if I started playing that game again hahaha
  • If i know what the calorie count of my dinner is, and know it fits into my daily amount.... I won't log it. That's why sometimes I'm under my amount by 300 or more... It's not that I refuse to log it, sometimes it is just refreshing to eat without logging.
  • DERKEETHUS. Always. Invincible reptile man.
  • meat with cheese, topped with meat between meat, some cheese garnish, some tomato, ketchup and mayo on a potato bun. yeah, not anymore. settle for lean burgers from grassfed cows.... or ive really learned to enjoy the spicy black bean morningstar burger. half a slice of cheese and lots of tomato and lettuce to make it look…
  • dont let it get you down, for sure! even if you dont have an exact number for 30DS calorie burn, it cant hurt you, only help :D
  • i use it as lotion and as a cooking oil when i am out of olive oil... i also feed 1/2 tsp to my puppy every morning and night. helps her with her shiny coat and itchy skin :P i have fallen in love with coconut oil, i use it for everything.
  • yours might not have vo2max. it is a statistic about your oxygen absortion, the higher it is the more "athletic" you are. olympic athletes are around 99... im at a 22 :P it just helps the HRM get a more accurate read on your caloric expenditure. i dont know much about the sportline brand or even about the arm band HRMs in…
  • I work at a bakery, so it is extremely annoying when people reach their dirty grubby hands (especially in flu season) OVER the sneeze guard to point at that ONE sticky bun with 3 more pecans on it! gross.
  • you girls are so freaking sexy, hahaha I really want to work on toning up my stomach. right now im eating at a deficit and doing JM30DS but once i hit my halfway point, i want to treat myself to a personal trainer and gym membership. Also want to start doing the heavy lifting as well, as i can see the results so obvious in…
  • my left calf muscle was hurting very badly even when not exercising, so i took a couple days of the shred and did the squats and lunges holding 1lb weights instead. it let me keep my heart rate up while not putting so much strain on my legs and i could focus more on proper form rather than how heavy my weights are. Healed…
  • did you enter in your weight and height and vo2max levels for your HRM? It needs as much information as it can get for the most accurate heart rate. My HRM is a polar ft7 with chest strap and i enter in my new weight every time i lose 2-3 pounds and i will be recalculating my vo2max every time i lose 10 lbs. MFP said this…
  • its day 7 for me.... starting level 2, because i am just so ridiculously bored with level 1... anyone else doing level 2?
  • I do hatha yoga after my 30ds workout and it helps ease the pain in my quads, back and deltoids. I definitely recommend adding some yoga to the end of your workout. I'm also sick so I get so winded afterwards that I do a bunch of back bends to open up my lungs and nose haha...
