8 years of hot flashes and weight gain (20 slowly 20 quickly during 2020). A couple of weeks ago my doc said to do this naturally I would have to lift heavier, do more cardio. Love my Garmin vivoactive 4 and garmin connect. I like the training programs, gps, easy to use and can change watch faces through the app to gear it towards what you will use the watch most for.

Thank you both, I purchased this at a running shop I was fitted and assessed. Ive been in this pair for about 2 months and only use them for running. I am taking a couple of days off to let my muscles heal, I stopped drinking and I will increase my protein intake. Ive been running on the streets since this will be inβ¦

Sunday night after eating a chicken finger I thought WTH am I doing enough of eating like this!!! so yesterday I started at day 1(again). I figure I'll eventually one of those "day 1" will turn into day 365 of eating right working out and losing weight or at day 365 maintaining. Cheers to all of those starting over!

Ran 8 on Sunday, typical training - running, strength training, cross training. Im not the fittest but I'm trying. Felt confident on Sunday that 13.1 is totally attainable. Don't want DOMS so I'm skipping yoga, its not something I do regularly. Thanks!

If the gym teacher is just eating nuts for dinner, she should keep that to herself. Kids have enough pressure without worrying about body image. They should learn portion control, as should she is she ate all of her calories earlier in the day. They should learn whats good whats bad. Healthy habits, diet and exercise.β¦

what you bring in is what they will eat. My daughter LOVES Italian Ice, but if its not there she'll go for grapes, oranges or frozen fruit. Whats on the table is what there is to eat. DONE. They will eventually catch on or starve. Also you can incorporate things like. dates, pit them mash them add cocoa powder mix smoothβ¦

If on a treadmill run on an incline. i found that that solved my problem. i did that for a couple of weeks before hitting pavement. That issue has passed. Now I'm dealing with plantar and a bone spur, just started running my way through it. Stretching and proper shoes are key!

it tells you what you burn from the time you hit start to stop. Doesnt tell you what the difference is between resting and active. just what was burned.
