Im IN! i have 15 to lose. lost ALL motivation but I think I'm back. Its been a rough couple of months.. but not fitting into my daily wear is even rougher.

My morning workouts always seem a bit weaker. I feel like my pm workouts I can pump out a little more. I feel like my muscles need all day to warm up. Works for me.:happy:

Hersheys Simple Pleasures are good. milk chocolate with vanilla cream are 180 cals for 6. I try to spread them out by eating 1 per hour..

i'd up the exercise routine to 3-4 times a week. your body is probably used to only working out 2x's a week. its good that you change up the routine but i suggest you add 2 work outs, and weights somewhere in there. muscle burns cals :smile:

I work near a gym so I go there for a half hour 4 times a week and I walk the other 30 mins of my lunch time..bring deodorant and a towel. its all good. I figure its better to than not to. You can get a pedometer and track how far you walk. A half hour going then a half hour coming back..if you have 60 mins for lunch. As…
