    Done... Did 8 sets of 20 reps. Love these challenges! Great way to get off your butt for 15-20 min throughout the day! (who woulda thought it was so easy to just stand up and do something!)

    Done! 3 sets of 50. I have never done squats before so I looked up the proper form on youtube. I really enjoyed them actually. I will be adding these to my routine, thanks!
