Wednesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge: Crunches

Let's see if we can do 200.

Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.

Remember: The new rules are do as many as you can in the first set then do the rest how ever many you want at a time.

Do them the hardest way that you can and practice proper form instead.

You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log these as calisthenics if you like.

    Did the crunches, not there on situps yet, although I tried - kinda a side elbow-arm boost to get going, but I know they will become possible as I work on core strength more.

    Ok, haven't done crunches in God knows how long. Not that I don't need to, i've just been unmotivated. FIgured I'd try and made it to 50. Not too bad for a fat old broad that hasn't done floor exercises in forever :)

    I did it, yay! Did the50 sit-ups first on a commercial and broke crunches into 50 on commercial break of "Dancing with the Stars" Thanks for the challenge!
