i use it and get on fine with it. it wont be the best u can buy as normally you would get anywhere between 20g- 50g per serving. but for price and taste you cant go wrong. i get the banana flavoured 1 and normally put a scoop and a half or 2 scoops in so the protein level is higher.

get your self to holland and barratt and buy precision engineered whey protein banana flavour. The taste is amazing and there is 18g of protein in each shake and 80 calories. a tub should last u at least a month

i would reccomend using a weight that is 75% - 80% of the maximum you can lift. basically so your struggling from 8 reps onwards

thats a good point. out of my 3 tattoos 2 of them are football related ones. the team i support now i always will til the day i die so i dont see any problem with those 2. and the 1 on my bum was just a drunken laugh at the age of 18. which doesnt matter to me i would get anything tattoo'd there as no one can see it

plus you cant argue with the nutritional value for every shake (22g) there is 18g of protein without hardly any calories thayt cant be bad.

i would recomment a good whey protein, i have at least 1 shake a day , it helps build muscle and muscle recovery after workouts. not sure where you are from but i just buy a tub of good whey from holland and barratt cost about £30 and will last u at least a month. Banana flavour is great tasting.
