Hmm... I never considered biology/physiology or nutrition to be a pseudo-science, but as far as some of the food addictions discussed, I agree. There are more than physiological aspects to addiction.

You're right. This is the only doc that has backed up all of the research I have been doing for my thesis paper for my biology degree. I have seen some that harp on one topic and are very misleading.

Hi.. I have F cups and am 5'3. I've lost some weight so far but not from the chest area. I;ve been doing toning exercises that have helped lift them a bit.

I'm on day 5 of level 3... I havent weighed myself, but I def notice that my legs and arms are more toned and stronger. I recommend this workout to everyone! This goes without saying, but you can take it at your own pace (doesn't have to be completed in 30 days!) Go for it!

I've been single for awhile... but I'm mainly focusing on school right now :)

I eat popcorn and drink peppermint tea with a little sugar to help with salty/sweet cravings... it has been helping so far

I currently have 2 bags of it sitting on my shelf. I mixed it with chocolate almond milk and it tasted pretty good. It's very thick and is a good meal replacement. As for feeling better, I didn't notice much. I'm vegetarian and wanted a protein shake without soy. It is very over priced, but is a good, quick protein source.

Yes, I have experienced this. There are creeps all over the place, and they will hit on people no matter what they happen to weigh. You need to be confident and assertive when talking to everyone... not just guys. Set boundaries and make it clear to others what you think is appropriate. Don't let one loser get you down...…
