  • If you don't mind me asking, How far do you Row on yours? I struggle really bad just to do 500m. At the moment im trying to alternate each day with the Rower and Treadmill. Bit hard with a 4mth old baby and 2 older children lol

  • wow thats was quick, Thanks everyone! Im only using the treadmill as being a mum of 3 its hard to find time so im only doing 20mins on it now and will slowly increase. I try and get on it mid morning so in between meals :)
