so i really dont know what happened yesterday, i went on a great hike then came home and started eating everything in sight things that i only have for my kids and parents i ate lots of. i dont know why i did it. and that scares me.

Hey im totally in i have had this DVD on the shelf for far too long, i was truly scared of this workout. but i am ready now bring it on. starting tonight, ill do the first 20 min workout. i have been snacking after meals. i had most of a box of tagalongs, and most of a bucket of red vines in one week. im so sick with myself idk what to do i have realized what damage i have done and it is not pretty. i want to change how do i change?

I did not get dinner on the table till 7:30 last night so i ended up having my reward cookie after 9pm i should not have had it at all. but i did plan for it. it was just much later than i planned.
