I am in - late night snacking is my downfall all the time - once I start sometimes it is hard to stop

I fell into a bag of mini-m&ms. I had put them in the freezer to hide them, and then made the horrible discovery that they actually taste much better frozen. I didn't go over the serving size or my calories, but since I didn't plan them into my food diary while the sun was up, I'm counting it as a late night snacking fail.

I've been doing pretty good! I did eat last night, but I had just taken a long walk and was hungry.

Well, we had a late dinner (9PM) on Saturday but no snacks... This challenge has been easy for me fortunately, I am not a late snacker usually.

Wow, I just ruined my day with a handful of Oreo cookies tonight, and then I read this topic. I'm in for the challenge.
I must find something else to relax when my kids go to bed...

LNS has always been clawing at my back for much to long. Yesterday, I did amazing with food and exercise. I came home from Zumba, had a light snack and was set for the day. THEN....I started to make my husband's lunch and the picking began. And when it was over, I had one cheese stick and 1/4lb of sliced roast beef.....ugh

So need help with LNS.

I only had one apple after my cut-off! I am so proud of me, hehe.

    I forgot to mention: my cut-off is 8 p.m.

Beeps, thank for the welcome - I was hoping for some cheering, hehe.

SlidingDown, welcome to the "climbing up the hill" club ;). Looking forward to your reports - I am confident that you can do it!
So can you, cklarue and equinehugger3 - it's all a matter of consistency and of dragging yourself back in the "reporting mode" even when you feel you've lost the battle. That keeps the awareness active,.

Good luck to all, old and new :flowerforyou:

Plunder - it's funny, but it's the same thing for me. LOTS of people can eat late, without fretting....I cannot and my body FREAKS on me when I do!!

    LNS: 2

dewdrop - 8 p.m. can be an *early* cut-off time, especially if you still have calories to get in and even MORE especially if you are eating a HEALTHY snack.
