Im no expert but I think of you're starting at a higher weight you can lose more quicker. So 100lbs at 2lbs a week is healthy for heavier people who have 100+lbs to lose but I think the method is as important as how quick it comes off. Genetically I have a large frame and can carry a good amount of weight very well. I'm not sure where I want to end up but first goal is to weigh 200lbs after that I'll play it by ear and continue to lose until I feel I look the way I want to

Can anyone give me specific exercises to do? And how many reps to do with each one? As mentioned I will only be working out 2 days a week. Maybe if you have a routine mention that like "deadlifts this many sets this many times" that would help me a lot.
