would have thought that if you're following the lchf it isn't necessary to be that accurate anyway. Peanut butter is best weighed before you take any out though wink:

Hi @Kitnthecat - hope you're ok. Re Fitbit, I have the charge but stopped wearing it because I got sweaty on my wrist and to wear it at night when it was hot was unthinkable. Just started wearing again today, but think I'll alternate wrists. Used to have the Ultra, but that gets you sweaty between your boobs. Think maybe a…

Good thanks, but probably a bit heavier lol

Hi Jane, I'm back
-
Fat bombs much nicer
-
Went dairy free so have been putting 10g of coconut oil in coffee and just stirring. Will start to increase slowly. Lips are lovely and soft!
-
Goodness this is confusing. Trial and error. My carbs have been low but had some cake the other day, think a carb boost now and again may kick start a loss - fingers crossed. Been dairy free, apart from butter since Wednesday.

I am lucky if I 'go' once a week. Bought some Ducolax but although I don't feel uncomfortable I don't think it's good to have food hanging around my inside for any length of time. Stopped cheese but hasn't made any difference. May have to stop my multi vit as its got iron in it.
-
Ok. So cheese is out, what about cream or butter (I know they are dairy), but more natural. Is Mayo allowed?
-
Yes I'll join you, not sure how I'm going to get my fat high enough with no butter or cream. Bring it on....
-
Have you checked mfp addition. it made 11 + 0 = 13 the other day!
-
No intention of giving up. Just feel bit disappointed again :(
-
Mine is open too
-
I take magnesium for cramp and it helps you sleep
-
It's fish roe I think - very pink very fishy, not sure about carb content though.
-
@jumanajane I'll definitely look at your website, ideal for birthdays.

@GrannyMayOz my husband is a 'grumpy' too, he has a Swarovski Disney grumpy and we have a door mat that says a lovely lady and a grumpy old man live here. Wasn't tempted by cake, at one point I thought I might have some Pringles, but filled up on burgers and cheese

Goodness girls, there's an awful lot to catch up on if you don't visit every day. The craft work is beautiful, I'm a knitter and recently started to learn to play the ukulele. My youngest will be 30 tomorrow so have been busy baking cakes for the family, won't eat any though, I've got GrannyMayOz bars! Lovely to see input…

To not wear big knickers from Monday to Friday lol
-
Should have said fry or bake/roast instead
-
Forget everything about low fat. Fat is your new friend , it keeps you feeling full, my new breakfast is full fat natural yogurt with double cream and peanut or almond butter. Don't grill, fry or bake - enjoy buttery scrambled eggs with cheese. It's a new way of life. Add me as a friend if you like I'm in the UK.
-
I'm stalled too. Drinking more coffee to up fat (double cream). Decided to up calories to 1500ish and not eat exercise ones.
-
Well said both of you! Agree entirely.
-
I've upped mine to 1500 yesterday and am not going to eat exercise calories, I haven't lost for 3 weeks
-
Chocolate mousse, made with Philadelphia cheese, double cream, stevia and cocoa powder - that'll 'hit the spot'
-
@wheatlessgirl66 thank you, I'll keep a check on protein %
-
@wheatlessgirl66 I've been 10% carbs, 30% protein and 60% fat. Will open diary. Changed it today to 5% carbs, should get that figure by end of the day.
