I am 5'7" and I currently weight 157. My goal is 146. People around me say I'm small enough, but I'm not sure. I look in the mirror and I don't see what they see. I really don't know what my body looks like. I tried to google images of women my height and weight and that was a disaster

Yes everything counts! I went under the exercise list and just looked at all the different activities that count. It's so much stuff, can you believe certain games on the wii counts. Definitly don't short yourself on the exercises you do. Also to loose weight you gotta do some activites that raise your heart rate to speed…

you could be malnourished too. your hair falling out and being tired your body may feel it's starving and eating away at your muscle mass. If I were you I would go to the doctor. Better to be safe then sorry. I'm a nurse in ICU and have seen malnourishment take a turn for the worse in a life threating way. Congratulations…

Question: I weighed in Saturday morning, my usual time of the day and I was 169. Then this morning i weighed myself cause I physically felt lighter and I was it showed 167.8 should I believe that weight. I did get on the scale two more times just to make sure it would read the same

I use vivarin myself it's 200mg a pill (equal to one cup of cofffe) and it definitly works for me. I work 7p-7a in the hospital as a nurse and usually by my 3rd night at 5am I'm delirious I'm so sleepy. One of those babies get's me going enough to finish my shift and get home safely. I definitly recommend them

oh and for those nights where I just can't stay awake I take one caffiene pill (200mg) instead of drinking energy drinks or eating sweets. That way you get the energy but not the calories. But I don't recommend that to often, I do it maybe once a week

I'm an ICU nurse who works 7p-7a and I usually pack fruit and dry cereal (like multi grain cheerios or honey nut cheerios) to snack on throughout the night to keep me from eating junk. I work 3 nights and it usually works 2 out of the 3 nights for me

I just gave up pork too. Turjey sausage is good, but be careful with off brands some of them taste like paper!

I traded chips for multi-grain cheerios I traded all pork for turkey I traded pop for water I traded cappucino for tea I traded candy for fresh fruit Don't miss the JUNK at all

Amen to moderation. I love mexican food and sour cream. So I had to cut my Qdoba visits from 2-3 times a week to 2-3 times a month! Torture, but it's paying off in inches

As a registered nurse I know that the best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning(preferablly after you pee,LOL). This is called your dry weight and is most accurate.
