Regular Brand: 270 cals, 24g fat 810 sodium

I just bought two tubes of the stuff. I have actually never made anything with it before, but I found a recipe for turkey sausage meatloaf, so I thought I would try it. I like how much healthier it is for you than beef.0

Well, I'm on the fence about it because I'm just not sure what part of the turkey it's coming from.
Take turkey bacon, 2 slices 70 calories, but regular center cut pork bacon 3 slices 70 calories. Go figure,0 -
Agreed!! Just made Spaghetti Squash Lasagna and added turkey sausage to the sauce and it ROCKED!0

I just gave up pork too. Turjey sausage is good, but be careful with off brands some of them taste like paper!0
