Had a baby by c-section 5 months ago. I've had this pouch above my scar that i had to physically lift up to see my scar and I just noticed this week that the pouch is disappearing because I can see my scar when I look in the mirror.

I eat about 1600-1700 calories a day but I am really bad at the yo-yo up and down weight...I lost 20 pounds and gained it back all in 2 years

Same here. I'm never hungry afterwards....i usually end up having a super late dinner because I just don't feel like eating.

I think alcohol contributes more to the freshman 15 than food does. Walk to your classes and around campus!
