Yes I do wash the strap, after every second exercise session. Since wearing the watch on bra strap. I haven't had a problem. :)

I have one and wear it everything I exercise. I love it.... It is much more accurate than the machines. It does make you work harder especially when you have used it for a while and get an idea of how much you burn each exercise. Half way through your workout if you aren't burning as much as before you push yourself more.…

I allow myself dark chocolate every day. It is my treat and I count it. So be it. I have lost 53lbs. I think we have to try and keep our dieting in perspective, we are making life changes not really a diet. So, if Ice Tea makes you feel good on a hot day I say GO FOR IT. :) cheers.

I worked out on friday for 60 mins burned 438 calories. I have stopped using the curves smart card for now and go by my heart rate monitor. Then I walked home 30mins. KEEP ON CURVING...lol. cheers Pauline.

HI, I don't think it is 'cheating', I like most others don't log light weight house cleaning but I do log heavy cleaning. I can clean two bathrooms, in 60 mins and burn 280 calories.
