Just found the answer on another post and I have made the changes! Now lets see how I do with P90X. I have done it for 3 days and am managing OK.

All I can find is "change nutrients tracked" and "Change meal names". I thought I changed the actual percentages before.

I stir salsa into the rice. Also when I have time I stirfry a lot of veggies choopped up small and add them.

I'll try that one but the one I was making was only egg whites and oatmeal. I just can't remember the quantity I was using.

I agree totally with mzmoonlight. There are plenty of other healthy carbs around and for me it is best to avoid certain trigger foods. I love natural peanut butter but I don't keep it in the house very often because I eat way too much. Cut out the bread and pasta and eat fruit, brown rice, quinoa etc and you will still be…

I have had my Mirena for over a year and did not gain any weight. This was a concern for me as well since I had read about people having problems with weight gain. I have lost close to 30 pounds since August and I am 50 years old so it hasn't hindered my weight loss.
