I was a 16E now I am a 10C (Australian sizes here). At first I was a bit upset - but I just kept telling myself, I would rather be toned and fit then fat with boobs. Besides. As a treat, when I get to my goal weight I will purchase a new set of beautiful, non sagging, round boobs ;)

Start small and move up. I don't have anyone spotting me, I started with just the bar and then added weight as I progressed.

Try Paleo. You will actually be amazed how good it makes you feel. I have lost so much weight courtesy of Paleo and I feel better mentally too. Negative thoughts are almost at a zero for me. Give it a go, what have you got to lose apart from weight!?!

yogurt is full of sugar, as are fruits. I limit the amount of fruit I eat in a day, ususally a handful of berries as a snack does me and I am Paleo so no yogurt for me. Regardless of how healthy fruit is, your body still registers sugar from fruit as sugar. So it will stick react the same way. Sugar is sugar.

Lift heavy. Triceps, triceps, triceps. Do one day of weights, one day of cardio- I did triceps every day regardless of what day or what body part I was working out. LIFT HEAVY!

I love mine. It helps keep me motivated. I accidently washed my first fitbit and the team at fitbit replaced it for me. Amazing customer service too.

Are you eating the wrong things? Sugar in particular? Sometimes it can just take a while to start the weight shifting, or it could be down to even though youre eating 1200 calories, you may be eating the wrong types of foods.

I have a protein shake and usually steamed vegetables. Fills me up and low on calories. And If I feel like it sometimes I will make a low fat, low sugar berry smoothie.

I agree with sugar is sugar - fruit or otherwise. At the end of the day, even if a banana is healthier than chocolate (because of it's vitamins) it still has as much sugar as a can of coke. I found that when I stuck to no sugar or low sugar I lost weight faster, If I had even a little bit of sugar - I didn't lose weight.

I started with a weight loss of 13 kilos from 98kgs to 85kgs. I regained 7kgs (back to 92kgs) because I had been using duramine to lose weight. I have a cheap scale I got for like 5 bucks at Kmart. I keep a 10 kilo weight next to it and before I weigh myself, I weigh the weight and then adjust. Seems to be the best way to do it, and then I try to stay away from other scales, because I just can't help myself.

Before I eat anything after say 6 o clock at night (apart from dinner) I make myself drink a litre of water. If I still want the snack, I have half of whatever it is (if it is a bad snack like chocolate or chips). I usually don't want it because I am so full.
