Dreams do come true!

I had never lost weight before my journey began. I just gained and gained and gained. I was unhappy. I was unhealthy. I used to think "Oh I can never do that, what all of those inspirational people do" I just could not see myself becoming the person I had always wanted to be.
To this date, this best thing I have ever done and accomplished in my life, is starting my weight loss journey and taking it to the point I am at now.
I started at what I believe was 98 kilos, however, there was a period of about 6 months after this where I was not actually 100% sure of my weight. So I definitely was bigger than this.
I could not run for longer than 30 seconds, I had no definition. I had about 3 chins, and my stomach was actually disgustingly embarrassing.
Now, I am 77 kilos. I can run for 45 minutes straight if I want to, however I prefer to lift, because I actually have muscles now. I LOVE the beach, I wear crop tops, short shorts, bikinis EVERYTHING I dreamed about.
It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. But I would never go back, not for anything in the world. The feeling of being healthy and happy is too good to lose.
For everyone who is thinking of starting my only advice would be to DO IT! Throw yourself in it, learn everything you can, surround yourself in fitness and eating right. There is no better feeling in the world.
I love life now. And I only have myself to thank. I have accomplished so much, and I look forward to the rest of my life.
