  • I am in my mid 50's and have 15 pounds to loose. I have been at this since the first of January and haven't lost a pound. I would like to be able to join your group. I feel I am swimming upstream with no end in sight. What do you think?
  • I noticed that the other day when I bought some but I had already thrown the receipt in the fire. Now I have to go buy 4 more, but the yogurt is great and I will be through what I have by the middle of the week.

  • I use a pedometer everyday. I find that I do more walking when I am at home as compared with out shopping. I usually do 10,000 or more at home and 5-8 thousand during my out in the world days.   • Thank you for your response. I am just haveing to be patient. Sometimes my husband isn't the best motivator. He brings junk food home for me and then waits to see if I eat it or not. He cam eat 6 meals a day and not gain a pound. It's not fair!

  • :frown: I am into week 3 of my new self. Week 1 was great, week 2 was awful. I really worked harder at the food selection and upped my exercises but I put on a couple of pounds. It really gets frustrating! Hopefully this week will be better.
