:frown: I am into week 3 of my new self. Week 1 was great, week 2 was awful. I really worked harder at the food selection and upped my exercises but I put on a couple of pounds. It really gets frustrating!
Hopefully this week will be better.

    Welcome :flowerforyou: Stick with it it really does work. But it takes time. :flowerforyou: Make sure you read the posts for newbies. Go to Community and then under General Weightloss and Diet. You will find several threads for newbies. They will answer a lot of your questions :flowerforyou: Any other questions, feel free to ask there are a lot of supportive people here. :flowerforyou:

    Hello & Welcome!! You will love it here!!

    The food & exercise log are really wonderful tools!! I love that you can "earn" more calories by exercising!! Some folks even plan their meals a day in advance so they know just where they'll end up! The message boards are a wonderful place to make new friends, get & give encouragement & advice!!

    Don't give up!! You know that you can do this! We're all in it together!!

    Thank you for your response. I am just haveing to be patient. Sometimes my husband isn't the best motivator. He brings junk food home for me and then waits to see if I eat it or not. He cam eat 6 meals a day and not gain a pound. It's not fair!
