You maintained, keep on pushing! Have you tried increasing your water to help with the water retention? I increased to about 96 ounces during the time of month and it helped me!

I ran into this issue for about two months.... I've been reading and found my BMR which has me eating at 1340 calories. I was eating between 1200 - 1250 calories while working out 5-6 days a week.. Once I upped my calories and on days I don't exercise I stay around 1200 calories... I increased my water to about 96 ounces,…

Go for it!!!! Zumba is fun, just focused on constant movement, you'll get the choreography in no time!! There are several over 200-250 pound women in the class I go to and they work it out!!!

Try not to view it is deprivation, if you have trigger foods that are hindering you from your goals then make the choice for awhile not to eat them. If you must have them keep it portion controlled and not everyday. Challenge yourself for a day or two then five and a week. Please believe my major vice is chips, I find it…

Yes I eat three meals and 2-3 snacks per day!!! It has worked for me!!

Looking amazing!! Keep up the good work!!

I've been in this for over a year and still struggle... I took off exercising on Thursday just feeling awful & down..... It happens every month... I just go with it and push by way through as much as possible... I also drank like 90 ounces of water to help balance out the water retention.... Good luck to you!!

The desire to be healthy! Over a year ago I was plagued with health issues, chronic sinus infections and just not happy.... But since I picked up running so happy that I have not had an infection in a year! Now I just want to continue the path of being the healthiest me I can be!

I'm 5'0" and pear shaped! I'm embracing my shape now, my thighs are thick but I'm noticing the tone and less jiggle and they don't rub like before! So I won't complain, I've come to the realization that it is my body shape embrace them and tone them and I'm ok with that. I'm almost at a point where I can wear a shirt…

Decided to try Dr. Ian's Shred Plan to get over this plateau I'm battling with... I have exactly 3.3 pounds to get to my goal of 150 pounds even... But have been struggling back and forth so hopefully this will give me the boost I need to hit my goal!
