Absolutely I reward myself with non-food rewards! I bought a pair of diamond studs and 25 pounds loss. At 45 loss I treated myself to a full body massage. At 55 lost, buying a new Coach purse. Sure am!

I use my Polar FT7 to get my calories burned.

My main macro watch is calories.... Its a struggle just for me to track calories to be concerned with all the others. Especially if there is no medical reason to watch. As I get further maybe I'll look further into the other macros...

It was like this for me as well when I first started making my own shakes. I now blend the almond milk & protein powder first then after add the fruit. Seems as if blending the powder first liquifies it first...

I just started 30DS on the 1st, the cardio portion was fine, its the strength portion that I struggle with like push ups and lunges. My goal is to get the form right so the exercise is effective. Just keep going your endurance will get better over time!
