Both for me but as I strength train they both are getting definition.... I'm at a point if they don't get smaller at least I can tone everything up!

I try not to eat anything 2-3 hours before going to bed whatever that Ned time will be for the day.

Love my HRM! Especially for classes like Zumba tells me how many calories I burned and intensity!

Personally I only count water as water even with my tea intake.

I log exercise nut just don't eat all of them back or just a few. I tried a week of exercising and eating the calories back and gained weight so that method does not work for me at this time.

I'm kinda in the same boat, stressed out from work on top of trying to hit my weight loss goal. I'm tired to, so instead of doing 90 - 120 minutes of exercise the remainder of the week will cut down to 1 hour to get some rest. Well wishes on your journey.

I recently had really bad soreness/tenderness in my thigh and knee. I couldn't do the treadmill at all but was able to rock out on the arc trainer and burned some serious calories

I was a 18/20 when I first started and 46 pounds later I am rocking a comfortable size 10! I have more weight to lose so not sure when I will see a single digit!! Good luck on your journey!

I don't like the idea of a whole free day, now one free meal a week this would anything outside of any normal meal anything for me and still within my calorie goal (try anyway). For instance, I don't eat pasta everyday so my free meal maybe a chicken fettucine in Alfredo or a piece of cake but again in my calorie goal for…

Just keep pushing, the scale is reflecting a loss. You will see other changes soon enough. I started notice at 20-25 when my rungs didn't fit and my breast got smaller. Now when the scale is not reflecting you will look for those NSV! Hang in there!

I agree! If you are feeling good really feeling OK then do what's right for your body. If you are satisfied then don't eat if you need some extra then eat some extra. Do what works for you until it stops working and you have to switch it up!

I don't think so, I drink 1/2 my body weight in water which is over 8 glasses. There are benefits to drinking water! My skin has significantly cleared up!

Dr. Ian recommends not eating within 90 minutes of going to bed. If you must have something make it light. I've been following that for awhile now. It works for me...
