That is so awesome!! I feel you when it I hit 40 pounds loss I begin to waiver and didn't try as hard I didn't gain but stayed there. I had to kick my butt back in gear cause my goal is 50 pounds in a year by November. I'm almost their no turning back! You rock!

Good question!! I try to pre-log as much as possible but I do find myself deviating from what I planned. However if I do eat this and not that I will change my diary. I do like to pre-log to challenge myself to stick with the plan.

At first I didn't like the comments but now I embrace them!! Helps to keep me in check to remember how far I've come. I am proud of my loss and not shame to tell people what has worked for me! It is so a personal battle but at the same time we are on road to health and wellness and the more support I have the better I feel.

Very good question! I guess for me it is having one cheat meal that really doesn't follow my healthy eating plan but still staying track my calorie goal but I also track that meal.

I have not eliminated any good group at all. If I want it, I eat it in moderation. I still a ways to go but not eliminating anything has worked so far so good!!

I weigh myself every single day!! I like to know if what I did the day before good, bad or indifferent moves the scale either way! I don't think it's obsessive it just works for some and not for others!

To be honest the machines showed twice as much burned then my hear rate monitor! And MFP was about the same as the machines!! So I go with the lowest of the three which is my HRM.
