I have always eaten a lot of fruit and & veges, but now I try a lot of new recipes to change them up, but Califlower has helped me reduced using potatos and rice

try a cup of chocolate almond milk 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 a frozen banana, use a blender I drink one everyday for lunch and love it, Good luck and if you find you dont like it, go on to something else, eating healthy needs to taste great or you wont stick to it

I dont care for them on there own, but I do use them for my husband who is a diabetic, I usually mix them 1/2 & 1/2 with a "real "one and it makes them taster alot better. and you are still cutting fat,calories and sugar. the peanut butter and chocolate syrup are good in a protien shake.

I'm with you on this one, I too am looking for a replacement because of the cost I LOVE SHAKEOLOGY CHOCOLATE!!! someone recommeded Vi shakes and the nutrition is very simlar, so I got some, but the taste and consistency does not even come close. I'll be keeping an eye on the responses to see what people come up with

YAY! Shakeology by Beach Body, use can use them a snack or as a meal replacement the nutritional benenfits are amazing, and it tastes great, I would recomment the chocolate its like having a treat with no guilt, I drink 1 a day

As you cut out carbs you will crave them less and less, High fiber bread is very satisfying Potatos, there is no replceing them, I love them. but only allow myself 1 baked potato a week. Steamed califlower with butter is alot like potatoes.
