Plan Greek yogurt 90 calories or so and put 1/2 blueberries or fruit which is about 60 calories

From your diary it looks like you could use some protein, so if it were me and I only had 147 calories, I'd be eating three ounces (84g) of canned tuna (packed in water) with lemon juice and 50g of canned garbanzo beans. In my diary, those equal 143 calories. It's not exciting, but I've eaten it before and it does help to curb my hunger because of the protein and the bit of fiber.

If you're not worried about volume, a piece of string cheese for 80 calories helps me make it to dinner a lot of times, so that's my second choice.

This, or two hard-boiled eggs. Or just do some exercise and earn some more calories to eat.

That's okay; it happens. Do what you can today to make sure you're close to your goal (but don't suffer through being starving), and start fresh tomorrow.

    Nothing. Drink some water.

thats true, did you drink enough water today?
If not I would suggest having some source of protein, whether it being greek yogurt or cottage cheese. Some vegetables? Fruits.

You could have some egg whites with tomatoes and onions topped with a teaspoon of cheese and it's filling, not to mention yummy

I would probably eat a cooked or hard boiled egg and some baby carrots.

Or I would cook up some mushrooms, peppers & onions and top with a tiny bit of shredded mozzarella and drizzle with Sriracha like a Philly steak with no meat.

Or depending on my mood and what I craved, I would buy & consume a Cadbury creme egg (150 cal) haha

A banana or other piece of fruit would be a good option.
