Over the past 4 weeks ive been ill, my weight has not move much( thank god). My work outs has stopped and health eating plan gone out of the window. I feel low and unhappy.

Hi there everyone:smile: 25/10 =210 01/11 =207 08/11 =205 last week i was very ill and did not work out or eat much? so for next week i hope it will 3lb!!!!!!

I know this sounds silly but ive got a picture of me in my underwear??? :blushing: and this helps me? i see it every day on my dressing table. and every time i lose 14 pound i take another?? i know this sounds so sad but it works for me ??

They did not work for me, but they are nice to drink!!!!. The thing is every one is different, what may work for you, may not work for me? I have friends on weight watcher that make me so full that i felt sick (i had alot of pionts) We can tried and learn??

Diana it will, i have tried lots of ways and this is the best way, there are lots of friends on here who make you feel great about your self. I like working out my food for the next day and seeing what ive got left( so i can have something nice) when your working full time its hard and doing your training! i know:smile:

Ive been bad today too, it was someone birthday at work and the chocolate cake was to die for!!! i only had a small piece, but i did do a 30 min walk i think that helped??
