  • My Dr. told me to cut my normal exercise in half.....but I think I might wait until I have a little more energy and feel up to it. Congrats on your weight loss! That's awesome! :)

  • I'm 5'4 and TRYING to lose about 30lbs. I've been doing the Ideal Protein diet and it's starting to come off! 6lbs in 2 weeks. Not too shabby! :)
