Hmmmm. Stick to my weight loss goals, or be destroyed by the empire. Count me in!

Count me in. I am a lovely 41 as of last month, and ready to re-up my new years motivation that's gotten me down 17 lbs so far. We can do this!

What a motivational thought! 'Running away from menopause" - I love that concept. I'll need to add some songs to remind of this in my jogging playlist.

You're funny :)

Love the Silence of the Lambs reference... and I am currently a size 14, so I have to look out for that buffalo Bill guy and his van all the time lately. Brookly_gal - Great work not forgetting those birthdays - That's an automatic gold star in my book (even if they are on the same day). BTW - For those that are holding me…

So, Booklyn_gal Renee, what are the next steps? I haven't done this social media accountability thing before. I'm like a fragile flower bud. oh - we probably need to commit to something, right? #1) I will consider stalking Graymanstole #2) I promise to brush my teeth tonight, not dink wine, and do minimum 20 ball pass…

Hi. I need some accountability too. I was trying to think of a funny response that would ensure my participation offer acceptance, but my brain is in overload for my first day back to work. In fact, I'm probably in trouble right now for posting this during working hours. But don't worry, I'll talk my way out of it with…

I'd love to be a part of this - Looks like a great group.

Hi - I've had some challenges with maintaining good choices in eating. Old patterns of poor habits creeping in. Likely triggered by the holidays. But I'm back on track now, and determined to meet the 10lb loss goal. SW: 187 CW: 182 GW: 177 I am very appreciative to be a part of this group/challenge because it helps me to…

So I did my 100 squats, but over the course of 2 days. I also did a 45 session of Zumba in there too. Next time, I'll get 100 squats in one day!

Way to go you two! I've never joined a challenge before, and it's really helped me to maintain focus especially during this holiday season. I am happy to report I've had no halloween candy even though I'm surrounded by it. (I have two kids.) I'm on track so far: SW: 187 CW: 182.2 GW: 177.

100 squats? I'll do it!

Hi, I haven't weighed in yet. I did pretty good all last week during the weekdays, but Saturday I went over my caloric allowance and Sunday. Darn that football game day beer. Thankfully, I did get into the gym, so feeling less guilty. My fingers are crossed in hopes that I didn't go too overboard. :drinker:

We can never have enough cheerleaders. :) I'm happy to report... I'm doing well. I've been within my daily caloric goal for the past 4 days (a definite accomplishment for me) and it feels good. KCROW asked about exercise methods - As for me, I love love love ZUMBA. I do ZUMBA 3x a week for my cardio and I do circuit…

 Thanks to all your inspirational comments, I'm happy to report that I ate within my caloric goal and had a descent workout yesterday. Ready for another successful day today. Melissa - I hope you and yours feel better soon. Good job staying focused.

Oh, we were supposed to start? Obviously, I'm new to this group stuff. Normally, I'm extremely tight-lipped in talking (admitting) about my weight and eating habits. I'm working on changing that. So, to my new MFP group friends - (This is not easy for me...) I vow to open up and share my horrific painful secrets about…
