I love Zumba and I am doing Zumba Advanced DVD at the moment although I mix it up with other exercises because I have plateaued before just by doing Zumba so I add onto it. Its the most fun exercise though

I honestly cannot even be bothered to do burpees. And I stopped the 30 DS because I cannot do a push up - modified or not. So push ups..... And any exercise done on the exercise ball is hell so I stay away!
