Totally Love it ! My instructor is a normal shape with a wicked sense of humour.........she keeps us all going even through the painful squats at Zumba toning....I have also got the DVDs and the ps3 game but it is much better in a group......I am also shredding and the results of the two are starting to show, old skinny jeans on today.........0

I love Zumba and I am doing Zumba Advanced DVD at the moment although I mix it up with other exercises because I have plateaued before just by doing Zumba so I add onto it.
Its the most fun exercise though0 -
I started doing Zumba at my gym back in August. It SO much better than a treadmill or jogging! I do Zumba 2x/week now, I wear my HRM and I consistently burn anywhere from 700-900 calories per class. For me, personally, I find cardio dull and boring so a group class is perfect. Plus it's a lot of fun dancing anyways so it's a win-win deal!0

Got it from my friend who lives in Australia0 -
I have been debating on whether I should try to class or not locally. They have it twice a week.....
It does look fun. Don't really care if anyone thinks I have two left feet. LOL...0 -
I have promised my better half that I'd go with her but not so sure lol
go. it's fun. time flys by. I'm a 300 lbs. 6'3 man trying to blend in with 20-30 ladies. but I'm not alone, there's 1 other gentleman. 60 yr old (so he says but he looks more like in his late 40's) after going a few times it just feels natural. been going for a few months now. I suck but I have fun which is the important thing.0 -
I have been doing zumba for a month now and love it. The time flies shen you are doing it!0

I love Zumba! I go to a class right up the street from my house. It's $5 a class with no contract! Just show up and dance. It is so much fun! We went for 70 minutes on Monday. I drank 4 cups of water thru the class and was sweating my butt off. First time I did it, I was so sore I thought it was body aches! Ha! I'm not as sore now, but can definitely tell that I've done it. I am trying to go at least 2 times a week. Based on my weight, I burned 582 calories Monday night doing it! You can't beat that!0

I'm awful at Zumba, but I love it. It's a good workout to throw in the mix!

I loooove Zumba! I take 60-minute classes at a local studio once a week. Once my punch card is up, I'll solely be doing it at home with my Zumba Wii games.0

I am so lucky, I live minutes from the best Zumba instructor. The first time I tried Zumba, it was awful. I left in the middle of class. The instructor was just bad. I tried it again at the Y, just out of curiousity, and I became hooked. I've done Zumba for nearly 2 years; it helped me lose like 35 lbs without dieting.
I go to Zumba at least 3 times a week - it's the only exercise I've ever done that I've always looked forward to and rarely skipped. I even stopped going for a few months because I was busy with other things in life, and I missed it. With my HRM, during a 60 minute class, I burn between 550-620 calories. The best part for me is checking my HRM at the end of class and just being blown away that I worked that hard.
I've never owned the video games. I can't imagine them being as fun as an actual class. But I'm glad they're available for people who don't have access to a class.0 -
As an instructor myself, I will tell you it so works! I lost 50lbs between changing my diet, some running and ZUMBA. And once you get the ZUMBA bug, you can't get rid of it! Trust me. I'm always looking for more music to choreograph to, as well as other classes to take. Currently I teach 6 classes a week, and if I didn't have a FT job I'd have more classes If you ever have the chance to do it live, DO IT! Live classes are so much more fun than the video game IMO0

Zumba is awesome. I lost 30 pounds doing it! I've also tried it on wii. But I prefer to go to class because it pushes me to be more intense.0

I love it! I do it once a week in a gym with about 25 people. Its a great motivation for me because i like to dance and burns a lot of calories. We do it for an hour.0
