You've gotten great advice! A couple of other things to throw in there. I need to CHEW. BP Coffee and various shakes just don't stay with me very long. Even soups made with cheese and cream. I know many swear by BP Coffee but it doesn't work well for me. I fill fuller when I eat and chew my calories rather than drink them.…

I love mine. It has really encouraged me to do more movement throughout the day not just my "exercise time". I park further away from grocery store. I take my dog for more walks. I will go outside and pull a few weeds or pick up a few sticks.

I love mine! I have the Fitbit Alta which is by far the best looking Fitbit out there. I adore it. I have drastically increased not only my "exercise " but my overall daily movement. I really think it's that movement throughout the day that helps every aspect of my life - weight, mood, sleep, productivity, etc

I am pro LCHF but in this instance... my knee-jerk reaction is to say no. LCHF is a restrictive diet by its nature. I would be worried about putting someone who has an eating disorder on a diet with strict guidelines. That's just my honest, gut feeling.

Lite Salt tastes just like regular salt but it is half sodium and half potassium. Previous poster is right that potassium pills are a drop in the bucket if you are truly deficient.

Funny! I just made these for first time today too. It was OK. I accidentally put too much salt in mine and it tasted way too salty. I look forward to trying different variations of this recipe.
