You should eat less calories than needed to maintain your weight. Each pound is the equivalent to 3500 calories, so if you're maintenance calories were 2000 and you wanted to lose 1lb per week (approximate) then you should lower your daily calorie intake to 1500. It's 50/50 with my siblings. Me and my one sister look a like and look like my dad, my brother and other sister look a like and look like my mom. Neither of my kids look like me but look like my husband or my other sister! That sounds like a riddle lol!

You can add me at will. I am on here daily, sometimes several times a day. I try and keep up with my news feed and encourage workouts etc. I finally got this thing after 15 years of struggling back and forth. I just eat "real" food in the appropriate proportions and get moving everyday! Good luck!

I'm a Balsamic Vinegar girl 99% of the time. I just like my salads with more variety, nuts, fruit added so I cut the cals with the dressing.

I am 5'11" Starting weight 225 current weight 217 goal weight 165 (or less) - this used to be my "fat" weight lol! how long will it take? Not sure but I would love to be out of the 200s by end of Feb the latest.

I log them after dinner. Besides MFP has me at like 1340 calories a day and BL I should be at about 1575 so I try and bounce between those and so far so good.

Home for me! I've belonged to gyms before and once I stopped going it automatically sabotaged my efforts (thoughts). I always find time to walk outside and do my tapes! Whatever you prefer. Try both and see what you like better!

Find a gym that is open late by you, pack your bag and hit it before work! I know when you work nights you actually lose more time in your "day" period! Good luck! Find a way and make it a routine!

I have a big breakfast and lunch and try and keep my dinner a bit smaller so I don't open the flood gates for night snacking! I don't think it really matters when you eat your calories as long as you do space them out throughout the day somewhat!
