Depends on your goal. My trainer personally says get a gallon of water in per day, any way/time you can. Unless you are training for bikini prep or something then you should be fine. :0

5'2 130lb goal 105-115 i'm muscular, so not sure about a realistic goal weight until i get there

Thanks everyone! Yes I have lost a lot of inches, so maybe I need to be happy with that. I do a mix of cardio and HIIT right now, and 2 days of Zumba just to have some fun. Yes I eat my exercise calories back, but maybe I'm not measuring that acurately. I think I might look into a HRM to better count my exercise calories

I'm 5'3 and started at 150lbs size 9/10. I'm currently 138lbs, and my jeans are all too big. I refuse to go shopping though until I weigh 130. My UGW is 115. I know that I used to weigh 107lbs and wore a size 2. I would be happy in a size 4 though. I did however get a new top recently and it was a small for the first time…

I swim once a week, and you're right, it is horrible on hair and skin. The best thing I've found for me is to use a leave in conditioner on my hair prior to swimming, and wearing a swim cap over that. If you don't want to wear a swim cap, go home and sleep with a thick leave in cream conditioner on your hair overnight.…
