So I try to get at least 8 cups of water a day, but what I've found is that I typically drink my water while at work (between 8am and 5pm), and then don't drink any water after that. Should I work on spacing out my water intake or does it matter?

    Depends on your goal. My trainer personally says get a gallon of water in per day, any way/time you can. Unless you are training for bikini prep or something then you should be fine. :0
