Day 2 - Level One. Serious Jillian worked me hard today! HAHAHA. I liked it. I am watching level two while I read the message boards... I am amazed. She is wicked. It feels like highschool gym all over again.

Me too. I am working towards my 10 year reunion this year. Graduation I was 120, and I ran all the time. I am 131.2 right now, Down from 148.8 from December ...... Dieing to get back into the 120s before July 27th!

I have mine in the hall, next to the scale. It keeps me in check. I used to work out in front of it...but that was a bit too much...lol

**High School Reunion!** Me too - Mine is 10 though. I have 10 more lbs to go before my "goal weight" and the weight I was when I graduated - Yet, I am no where as lean as I was then - But I am hopeful to wear a blackdress, which has a open back.

Protein protein protein. Cut up chicken and eat it as a snack. They have those ready packs at the grociery store for salads. they are seasoned already if that helps you.

"these Biggest Loser speed makeovers" I love this show! It's hard not to get caught up in it, but the weight loss is extreme. If you read the follow ups on the people, alot of them have gained a bunch back, if not all back. I agree w/ TheOfficialEpic. Keep moving forward!

I went to the gym until 7 months preggers. When they told me I had to stop due to swelling of the ankles. I ate pretty much whatever I wanted - but I didnt have any strange cravings. Goodluck!

I had bad stretch marks with my kid too. I have noticed they have gotten alot less noticable over the 3 years. ALSO I notice them less with the weight I am loosing. I guess my only suggestion since you are not craving sweets, but are just honestly hungry, is to eat. Eat proteins and stay way from the carbs. As long as its good choices, and with in your mfp goals, you should be fine. I love protein shakes.

I seriously need to get on this egg eating habit. I do well with the meats/veggies. I feel FULLER with out the carbs. :flowerforyou: Agreed. After P90X u realy should be moving onto another beach body work out. They are not on the same level with Beach body from what I have found. -Props for finishing P90X. I lasted...a week...if that ;)
