I'm 25, a mother of 1 soon to be 2 little girls. I am due August 20 and really want to be healthy through this pregnancy and afterwards. I would love any support and advice

What has your PCP/OB-GYN suggested to you?0 -
I went to the gym until 7 months preggers. When they told me I had to stop due to swelling of the ankles.
I ate pretty much whatever I wanted - but I didnt have any strange cravings.

I am 24 and have two little girls myself. I had my girls a 1 1/2 years apart, so i was struggling with the first baby weight, when I got pregnant again. What I did to keep at a minimum ( which was only 6 lbs gained) the second time was drink LOTS of water. To the point where I was sick of drinking water. I ate what I wanted, but kept the sweets in check. Also stayed active. I walked alot, and having to keep up with a toddler helped. Biggest thing from all of this, is just to keep moving if allowed. I wish you the best!! And my birthday is Aug 19th

Hi I'm Dawn. I'm fairly new to this system. I beagn exercising for health reasons and I pretty much have been my main motivator. I'm looking to loose quite a bit of weight but I'm not really open about that. Nonetheless, I thought it was really cool to connect with other people who use this system. I've been logging pretty good. I may miss a day or two but I'll go in an update as soon as I can. I want to say to all of you out there ... to keep up the good work; stay motivated; stay true to yourself in this project and We Will Achieve Our Goal!

Hi, I'm 28 and last september I hit an all time high weight! I have started to lose weight through, exercise and diet! I am starting to fit back into my smaller clothes and am feeling great!! I have been heavy all my life and when I saw the scale go down 5lbs, 10lbs, and now down to 18lbs, I know this is something I am going to do! My doctor wants me to lose 80lbs all together, and I am going to do it!! My friends are being awesome and very supportive!!0
