Oh and MFP did still state it's 'if everyday was like today you weigh X in 5 weeks' and was still a loss. So I know I didn't go over to badly, but I for sure ate junk.

I just ate half a totinos pizza and a whole can of spaghetti o's. after over doing it on the espressos yesterday. U know the whole I dropped my phone on the concrete so I might as well smash it into little pieces expression? That's me this weekend.

I have it - Its great so far. It has the rules, but it also has a menu plan. The food recommendations are male and female. So I get ideas for myself, and the hubby. I dont think the 12 dollars is a waste of money in anyway.

Yea. I just started 30 day shred..I am going to up my weights with it....I think I WILL go find a new dress though. This one was free to me, so I am not losing anything by not wearing it. Something that is 100% right for my body shape, back included... Thanks for the support every one!
