Breakfast should always be your biggest meal, it starts your day, you burn these calories ALL DAY LONG. :) I don't see why not! :)

I have "only lost" 8 pounds BUT.... I'm finally motivated and love the new me already.

YES!! You need those days to kinda "confuse" your body out of that normal schedule, its a great way to get over a point you've been stuck at!
-
TO keep your job, their right lol

It's sexy when its your own man but when its guys who show off for a picture, they are most likely stuck up.

If they have been together for most of their lives, the woman i would assume would keep the last name because people in the work industry know her as that name. It's hard to keep your name out there when you switch it.

What I was told to do by my dietitian is weigh myself everyday and mark it down on a calendar, always take that number and remember + or - 3 pounds because of water weight, then look at the numbers mon-mon tues-tues and so on to see which days you are higher weight and which days you are lower, you can then work on those…

Oh not involving food, my Mini goals, new phone, new bikini, massage :) when i hit my ultimate goal, my side tattoo

Exactly. But white wine. :p

I dont understand HOW he stays the size he is.

egg on bread, simple and about a 5 min.

i tried to lose for years, 1200 calories was my goal. Never lost, only gained. Once I started eating 1800, where i should be plus working out, i've lost, weird how that works but your body needs food to function properly or it holds on to anything you eat.
-
Your body is in starvation mode, you may be losing now but it will all come back PLUS more. This is NOT healthy.
-
Activity, is different than exercise.
-
It really is a learning process. Some of the things I said, I should probably explain more, but I don't have the option to go back anymore. I know the 3-4 pounds is probably water weight like I said, but it's nice to see it stay in the range it is.

I will thank you very much. College really got me, first 3 years, I've gained 30 pounds. I'm done feeling the way I do. Ha Freshman 15....ya....lets try 30+

I appreciate it, I understand where you all are coming from. I wish you continued progress with your plans.

The last part, all she did is suggest a balanced day. Exactly, this is where I was lost. Losing weight doesn't come with a manual. Everyone is different.

I've tried, I love MFP, I've just had no luck with weight loss until now. The link you sent does help. I'm glad you posted it. The last sentence says "A registered dietitian can help you find a realistic, flexible eating style that helps you feel and be your best." That is exactly what's helped me. :)

I know that combining certain food is a myth but what I'm saying is throughout the day your body needs different foods depending on what your doing, whether its food before or after a workout, some foods can help you push harder during a workout and then there are foods you should eat after a workout that can help heal…
