Ive eaten half a slice of bread, half a tin of tomatoes and half a tin of carrots and peas. Ive been drinking just diet Pepsi (I don't drink straight Water) I've also burned around 230 calories by walking / jogging. I weigh the same as I did when I woke up. How long until I see results?

I am not sure how long you have been up, but you will put your body into starvation mode eating this way. I know. I am now a firm believer in the eat more to weight less stuff that is going around on here. I am proof that it is working, well so far it is.0

I have been awake for about 9 hours. Ive already lost 11 pounds in the last 2 weeks so im obviousley doing ok It takes approx.72 hours for your body to go into starvation mode, and I have no intention of waiting that long to eat well again so i'm not concerned about that, but thank you any hows0

This is a joke right? You don't really think that you'll suddenly see a weight drop after light eating during one day, right??0
-
Well, if you've lost 11lbs in two weeks and are doing OK then you don't need anyone's advice. Enjoy your half a tin of food and slice of bread. I had a tuna sandwich and a fiber one bar and an apple for lunch and chicken stew and a slice of bread and butter for dinner. It was awesome. And I'm going to eat popcorn tonight. I've lost over 70lbs all together in less than a year - 1.34lbs a week average.
But if you keep it up at your rate you will lose 286lbs in a year. Woo!0 -
Well said Kebby!!! Starving yourself will work,, but you wont be around to appreciae it!0

There is no way this is for real. Way too many trolls lately0

you definitely will not see results eating only canned vegetables and eating half a slice of bread. You gotta eat. Your body is a machine that needs fuel (proper nutrition) you should easily eat 1200 cals a day. And you definitely won't see faster progress if you don't make a change and add more water. That is the first thing I did and tell everyone else to do.
Edited: Also, I too hope this is someone joking around.0 -
LOL!!!0 -
as my friend michael said, "In a month you will be happy with the choices you made today...."
stay dedicated and focused and it will slowly come off... i know its frustrating not seeing it NOW but that's the healthiest way. i finally learned at 29 years of age...0 -
Wait - you're expecting to see results the same day?! Are you planning to keep starving yourself every day? This is not the way to lose weight honey.0
-
Oh dear, lol. *steps out twice as quickly as she stepped in*0
-
 so appropriate.
OP you probably wont see results for a month, but given the way you are going about it you wont last a month to even be able to see results.
go for a more moderate approach to weight loss and you'll be fine. remember this is for the long haul and not for short term0 -
I can't tell if this is serious... or if you are just trolling.
BTW... if that is all you are eating you are going to get Hangry... and no one likes hangry people... TRUST me on this.0 -
WOW!!!! LOL!!!!0 -
Don't worry, you'll begin catabolizing your muscle tissue in no time - after that, the weight just melts away.0
-
lmaooo this is hilarious!0 -
That is nowhere near enough food for a person.0

as a good friend of mine likes to say:
EAT! b***h!0 -

Your body is in starvation mode, you may be losing now but it will all come back PLUS more. This is NOT healthy.0
-
You would more than likely see faster results if you stuck your fingers down your throat and threw it up!
I'm obviously kidding, but you are certainly getting the answers you came looking for.0 -

Yes a good friend of mine says that too, although I wish he would tell me to NOT eat B!tch, for real... I eat all the things all the time.0 -
11 lbs in 2 weeks is really unhealthy. That's 5.5 lbs per week and most experts recommend not trying to go beyond 2 per week. You may be losing weight but given what you are eating and the dramatic weight loss, a lot of that is probably muscle.0
-
You certainly don't see results in one day. You will see results over time if you keep eating healthy and doing some kind of exercise.
:indifferent:0 -
You can't see results that quickly. If you lose weight too fast, then you gain it fast usually. Or perhaps you are a troll.0
-
In two weeks it's more likely to be water weight than muscle.
In any case I agree with everyone who has said this is not healthy and not a good way to go about things... it will backfire!0 -
I'm calling troll on this one. This is obviously not a serious question. :yawn:0
-
are you serious? your system is going to attack itself soon if you don't give it the proper nutrients! I really do hope that you are a troll because nobody can survive on a 'diet' like that....0
