I couldn't wear my Wedding Ring for 3 days...I was so depressed...10+ years ago (22-23 yrs old at the time) I had done WW and some exersice classes and worked very HARD to be a very comfortable 146 lbs...all I could think was...I had managed to gain 65 lbs over the course on 10 years...my 2nd child was almost 1 year old…
