If you need to lose 71 pounds you should probably be eating more that 1200 calories, i only need to lose 40 and i get 1200 a day.

I havent weighed myself yet but i sure i gained instead of lost, i didn't do so well this weekend. oh well today is a new day, and i am not going to dwell on the past. i'll post my weight tomorrow

When I get bored with my exercise i use a tae bo video or a dancing video it definitely busts the boardem, the tae bo video burns 300-400 cals in 30 min.

i think i actually gained weight this last week, my daughter was sick so i was home most of the week, i know i ate to much. when i spend alot of time at home unable to do anything i tend to eat to much.

I'M STUCK AGAIN. Every few weeks this happens, i lose a couple of pounds one week and then nothing for at least a week. i don't gain but i don't lose either, it is very frustrating. Starting weight 157.5 Current Weight 157.5 Goal 143. i dont think i am going to make my goal.

starting weight: 164 current weight: 157.5 goal by memorial day:143.5 pounds per week: 2 my ultimate goal is 115 by the time i go to las vegas in november. it will be my first trip with my husband alone since before our daughter was born in august.

I had one of these moments yesterday, i had a medium order of onion rings, i thought it would be about 300 to 400 calories, it was 700 calories, needless to say i wont be eating onion rings for a while
