I took both your advice today, had grapes and bananas, felt full and content. I just need to lay off the chocolate but its hard, that stuff is addictive! :ohwell:

Yep, I invested in a lot of self help books and started to think of things I am grateful for every morning, I started forcing myself to go out more, I listen to more upbeat music. I still feel down quite a bit but I have found talking to other people helps. Chin up, you can beat it :flowerforyou:

I know, seriously who can only eat two squares of chocolate ha ha. That stuff is the ultimate comfort food for me, need to work on the self control with the chocolate. I love strawberries so I think I will give that a go instead, those and red grapes. I think I'm going to have to remove the temptations for a while. If only…

I'm a size 30, age 29 and in the UK. Looking to get to a size 12. Everyone keeps talking about adding people as buddies, I'm new on here so don't have a clue how to do that lol but feel free to add me, would love someone else in the same boat to be my motivational buddy :-)
