Weightedd myself this morning and down to 217 :) lost that pound last week and keeping on track so happy and proud of myself

I finised day 10 last night and took my level 1 photo. Feeling great and knowing 20 more days I'll be feeling evn better. Oh and took my measurements as well and in general have lost about 1/2 an inch to an inch from everything :). Did anyone else do this after day 10???

You actually might need to make several different goal weihts so once you've hit it that you can continue onto the next lower number and not be disappointed if you don't hit it by the end of six months to a year. I lov te measurement plan. I'm one of those girl's who's body will shed a pound here and there but will sometimes gain so taking measurements really helps me feel like YES I am shedding the weight

After three to four weeks (a month) your body will be getting used to or already use to the workout routine your on and the wate weight will begin to drop and the pounds on the scale will drop. Got on the scale last night and wow was I surprised to see 219 again on the scale :) I am back under 220 and it feels great. I had jumped back up to 223 with the muscle weight so if you don't count that then I have lost 1.5 pounds since I started my 2013 weight lose journey. But if you do then I have lost 4.5 pounds haha

Did day 7 last night and hoping to do day 8 tonight but have people coming over as soon as I get off of work so.......hoping I will not be super tired when they leave and do the workout.

I'm not sure if I'm going to make the weight loss this week because my body packs on the muscle weight at first so my number goes up for the first two weeks or so then the scale begins to show my real weight. Well I was a third of the way through with the routine and I believed I pulled a muscle in my thigh because I fell over in pain. So I stoped the dvd liced and elivated my lege. Well I did day 5 Saturday and it was a push with the day I had but I was glad I did it because I felt do much better afterwards :)

wow guys you're awesome to have already tackled day 2 I have to wait until after 6 when I get off work, but I made a weekly calander that I put up for me to see once I walk into my room so I know I need to do my 30dayshred :). I'm a bit afriad of how my body is going to react to day 2 lol.
