Once a week, usually on Fridays early in the morning. Helps me to deal better with the weekend.

He is in love right now, still walking on cloud 9. Not sure if you are married/dating, but it's hard not to focus on the person you love at the beginning. Be happy for your best friend and be at his wedding. You may regret it one day if you are not.

haha My son said I remind him of Peggy Hill from King of the Hill.

beka3 Your gorgeous eyes. Dark hair brings them out even more.

I think he must really workout because for somebody who eats that much, I figure he would be a very large man. Then again I seriously doubt he eats like that every single day. It's for fun, he probably makes lots of $$$ for his show. It's all good, entertainment that's all. Many other worse tv shows out there. Actually I…

Kitty litter is heavy, so way to go!!!!!

Yes, I usually do a strength/sculpt during the day and my zumba class in the evening. If I don't have zumba I bike, walk, or swim. Gives me energy all day.

Zumba!

So inspiring!! I hate the scale. It's good to see that somebody who ways more now looks way better than before. Guess muscle does weigh more, but looks so much more better!! :-) I've gained pounds on the scale, but have noticed my muscles growing! :-) yay!

I think everybody is different even if they have hypothyroidism. I never skip breakfast and eat small meals throughout the day and sometimes snack like at 10pm like now. Had a few strawberries and watermelon. Still loosing, slowly, but surely.

A friend told me that too. I responded, "Then I must be a very toxic person!"
-
You are so fit! I'm 20 pounds overweight and I thought maybe it was because I had more too loose. I swear nobody else sweats as much as I do during zumba. There are heavier women in there too and they are as cool as a cucumber. :=(

OMG! You sound like me. I now wear black all the time as everything else shows the wet marks. It's as if I fell in a river while working out. My hair looks like I just took a shower and my face is super red. I'm so glad I'm not the only one!!

I take a zumba class outdoors, but it's hot and humid and always have to use the bathroom at least twice during the class. That and I feel like I sweat all over my body! The other day I went to the doctor right after zumba class and sat on the the table with paper over it. I got up and there was a big wet mark all over it.…

First of all, you are not overweight. Anybody who can pose in a bikini is not overweight in my book. Second of all, I think you are working out a lot, just hope that you are eating plenty of good foods to keep your body strong to withstand such a rigorous workout routine. Other than that, keep it up! You will be…

I add nuts, fruit, honey, plus almond/coconut milk (yum). I try to make it from whole oats and not let it cook to long as I don't like it mushy. Peanut butter is very delicious in it as well.

I live in a very hot and humid area and so outdoor activities are hard, plus so many mosquitos! I use collagevideo.com to order all my workout tapes. You can get a preview of them before you buy and return them if you are not satisfied. So far love The Studio with Ellen Barrett, Cathe Freidrich, Tae Bo with Billy Blanks…

Night for me. I have a bad back and early in the morning is too much for my back until I get "warmed up". Plus where I live it's so super hot! So the nights work the best for me. Then again, I'm a night owl.

I like it just on one of those nopal corn tortillas. Heat up the tortilla (only 20 calories) and spread the avocado, sprinkle a tiny bit of sea salt and just enjoy. Love my avocado only tacos.

Curious, about how many calories do you burn daily when you eat 1900+ Are you a runner?
-
When I first started, it took me a couple of months and then it "kicked in" and truly worked. I was shocked that I ate so many calories on one day and it worked. :-)
-
Thanks ! I wish you all the best with your goals ! I have no doubt you can do it ! :)
I tried it about 5 years ago and it totally worked!! I became lazy and starting eating like my teenage daughter and gained. So I'm trying it again. I just have a hard time on this website changing my daily calories as they go up…

Does a HRM show you how many calories you burn? I notice MFP, gym equipment, and even my Calorie tracker always have different calories burned for same exercise.
-
Truly amazing!!! You look like a different person. Way to go!

Livestrong? To be fair, I used livestrong about 5 years ago and was very successful. It did give me more calories to eat and I lost. I quit logging, eating like my teenage daughter and gained, so I started again. MFP gives me very low calories, but I tend to go over anyways to try and do what I was doing before. Although I…

I eat more than my husband. He probably eats under 1000 calories a day. He looks like a cotton swab. Big head, little body...too skinny if you ask me, but he won't up his calories to fit his demanding physical job. I do find that I have more energy than he does though. He lies around watching tv and reading everyday and I…

It's so refreshing to see somebody here that EATS for a change :-) not to mention, dare I say eat a burger! lol Saw your diary and your pictures and that is proof that eating is the best thing to do. Thanks for posting that, so inspirational.

While my daughter is in her theater class, I joined a small gym nearby and workout. Beats sitting around gossiping with the other moms. haha Plus I feel so much better after working out than listening to garbage, complaints. I dread going to the gym, but truly feel 100% better after. So I try to think how I'll feel better…

This isn't necessarily true. I know a lot of MFP members want to believe that everyone is exactly the same and must do exactly the same things to lose weight. But that simply isn't true. Not everyone of the same size needs the same amount of calories.
Thank you!!! You have to play around and see what works for…

So true! I say to each their own. If you want to eat a doughnut, so be it. There should be a balance on life (my opinion only) and I don't like extreme either way. Life is meant to be enjoyed, lived, and not stress so much about every little dam calorie one puts in their mouth or how many calories you burn. I log in my…
