Keep hearing about these lately. Does it detect your calories burned or just how high/low your heart rate is? Any particular models anybody recommends?

I see recipes created by other members and would like to try them, however, it doesn't allow me to view them. Is there a way to change this? Also, if I create my own, will others be able to view if you select to share on database?
Does anybody know how I can group exercises like I do my meals? I have some workout dvd's that include pilates, ballet, calisthenics and yoga in one dvd and want to label it "My Monday Workout" ( for example) so I don't have to be dividing them every day that I do them. Almost like you do the "My Meals" on MFP. Thanks.
