This week I started aerobics at a new gym I'm attending. Our first instructor looked worse than I do.
(as far as being in shape). She kept doing the same movements and at one time asked me, "What shall we do next?" Caught me off guard.:huh:
So the next day I stay for the second aerobics instructor and although more toned than the first, she was no Julian Michaels. (I guess I expect that for an aerobics instructor??) Anyways, lets just say she kicked my bum!!! Talk about a challenge, I totally loved her.
