Well, I took the challenge and my goal was 9lbs to be 4%. Starting weight was 231, finishing weight was 224. I lost 8 pounds. I didn't quite make it, but, close. I will try again in April for 4%. I'll take 8 pounds over 0 pounds I guess. Thanks for the challenge.

It's pretty much the same, but, you could actually just take your weight and multiply it by .04 and that gives you your weight loss goal. Example: 232*.04=9.24. It just cuts out a step. :)
