My every week staples are string cheese, rice cakes, peanut butter (1 tbs at a time), fiber bars, nonfat yogurt, and melba toast. I also like skinny cow and weight watchers frozen treats for my sweet teeth. Lol

Me and my hubby own an auto alignment and repair shop. I get to do all the paper work at the desk while he does the grunt work. Plus I have 3 kids at home who keep me busy :)

I hated yoga through my first round of P90X! I dont think I ever finished an entire yoga workout. I substituted Kenpo or Cardio a lot! This second time around, I am going to try to get through them. Maybe we will learn to love it someday. Haha!
